Choosing an attorney to help with a life situation can be a difficult decision. Every situation is unique. Please contact me if you would like to have a free consultation. We will discuss your options, propose a plan of action and anticipate costs. I will be able to provide the aggressive and compassionate attention you need.

My law practice started in 1989, the year I graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. My undergraduate degree is from the Ohio State University College of Engineering. In the last 30 years as an attorney, my practice has been exclusively in Northwest Ohio. My early years included being a Law Clerk for Judge DeCessna and working as an Associate with another firm in Bowling Green. Eventually, I started my own firm, ran a mortgage business for a few years and have been in the private practice of law in Bowling Green for over twenty years.

My primary office is in Bowling Green. This is a great office space which I share with three other attorneys. While we are independent attorneys and not a partnership, my closeness to the others, both professionally and personally, provides additional synergy to assist clients while maintaining the personal attention you get from a sole practitioner. My staff works out of my Bowling Green office. I can also meet clients in Napoleon as a convenience to my Henry County clients.

I take pride in providing high quality legal counsel in a cost effective manner. My practice provides a range of representation to a range of clients. I do not attempt to be every answer for every legal need. However, I can provide professional guidance which sometimes is a referral to another attorney who is more familiar, or better suited for your situation. If I do not want to take your case or feel you may be better served elsewhere, I will not hesitate to try to point you in the right direction.

Long-term relationships and referrals are the lifeblood of my practice. I am also proud to serve not only my clients, but my community, church and family as well.

I listen and I care.
