After consulting with a client concerning the nature of the client’s situation, I will propose a plan of action and an estimate of what the client can expect to pay for my representation in that matter. Each situation is unique and my estimated fees will be discussed at the initial consultation, before the client decides to hire me. In most cases, I will require a retainer to be paid up front. I accept Visa/Mastercard. Some cases, because of complexity of issues, or unexpected difficulties in resolving an issue, will cause additional fees to be incurred. Any time incurred in representing a client after the retainer is exhausted will be billed at an hourly rate. Payment plans can be discussed. Certain situations would be better served by entering a contract for fees paid on contingency, where I would take a percentage of any monies recovered for my client. If you retain me to represent you, I will thoroughly review my contract with you, and you will received a signed copy of the contract.
